The Senior Manager, Warehouse Operational Excellence is responsible for driving operational excellence in the warehouse organization. This position designs our warehouse process strategy by executing complex projects (ie. Warehouse design, WMS Systems) and utilizing lean and/or six sigma to support our long-term logistics strategy. This leader leverages their team to develop new local and global best practices by utilizing extensive warehouse expertise, broad logistics business knowledge, and consulting with global counter-parts as well as external specialists.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for producing meaningful marketing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and delivering monthly performance reports with actionable insight. The role will conduct conversion optimization consultations, aiming to improve the efficiency of digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI. The Digital Marketing Specialist will identify problem areas and deliver recommendations for the continuous improvement of websites and digital marketing activities.
Coordinate efforts of entire team (Account Managers, Field Engineers, Fire Protection Specialists, and Regional Manager) associated with key projects on converting obtained project specifications into sales. Hold key job site meetings to ensure focus is maintained and to track progress of team efforts on key projects. Track sales and action plan progress with the assistance of the Regional Manager and Account Managers. Establish and maintain high level contacts with buying and non-buying customers on key projects.
