STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT MANAGER ALUMINIUM PARTS
What's the role?
As Strategic Procurement Manager you define, implement and lead the global supply strategy for our Façade Business. Within Hilti you are accountable for the global purchase volume of the category Façade and your impact is directly visible in the financial performance of the business. In this role you are a member of the leadership team which involves also your contribution on overall steering of the façade business.

What does the role involve?
Develop and drive strategic initiatives in our global supply network with suppliers especially in Europe and Russia as well as for our own production in Austria. Deliver on challenging availability and financial targets by identifying and realization of cost reduction potentials together with our international supply teams around the world. Accompany supply related questions during product development including make-or-buy decisions and selecting the best suppliers for new products.

What you need is:
- University degree in a technical or economical field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a purchasing department of a global company
- Experience with aluminum extrusion and processing
- Strong management of stakeholders and target orientation in a matrix organization
- Excellent communication skills in English mandatory, German and Russian is a plus
- Highly committed personality and excellent analytical skills
- Strong in execution as well as outstanding capability in negotiations
- Willingness to travel
This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade, employment group 4, which states a minimum salary of € 2.582,48. We are willing to negotiate and offer an attractive performance-oriented remuneration package highly above the minimum salary based on your excellent skills and know-how. Additionally, a company car with the right for private use and a wide range of benefits like flexible working times, team and company events, additional pension plan, up-to-date work equipment, accident insurance, development plan etc. are included in the compensation package.
