What does the role involve?
As a Finance Business Partner in our production plant you create and analyze monthly reporting and financial results as well as participate in the roll out of the comprehensive plant performance reporting i.e. Plant Cockpit Charts, Budgeting and Rolling Forecast processes. You participate in and consolidate the monthly financial closing processes and execute other plant controlling functions i.e. variance analysis.
Working with and leading cross-functional projects to support the various diversified business areas are additional important parts of your profile. Fostering effective relationships and collaboration in the team and other functions, is key for developing new, innovative ideas and procedures.

What you need is:
- Higher degree of education (Bachelor/ Master) in Finance, Cost Accounting and-or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of professional experience in finance/controlling functions or cost accounting and project management in an manufacturing environment, ideally plants
- First leadership experience
- SAP R/3-knowledge preferred
- Ambitious and performance driven
- Critical thinking and passion to bring in new ideas
- Outstanding team player mentality
- Strong and result-oriented communication skills
- Open for development within the organization
- Excellent German and English skills

We offer a performance oriented compensation package including diverse social benefits. We pay a market conform salary starting at 70.000,00 € pa in line with your qualifications and experience.
